Comparing this comprehensive assessment to the previous one, I saw a good improvement in my score of almost 10%. I was happy to see this, as this was one of my goals. I feel it reflects an improvement in concentration in addition to continuing to review concepts from earlier nursing courses. I still would like to see my scores increase during practice assessments, but this assessment gives me confidence that my preparation and test taking techniques are improving. However, I did notice that I had a few more pharmacological questions to remediate this time. I now know that I need to continue reviewing this material, specifically the mental health medications that were prevalent on this practice assessment. I will continue taking breaks as I need them to improve my concentration throughout these longer assessments. I look forward to taking the proctored comprehensive predictor tomorrow to evaluate how well my strategies are working for me in the proctored setting.
